Quality, packaging and send order in time. Goid customer service. Just want to add something for gift msg, you gave a simple card wthout any picture or gift msg (like happy birthday, appy anniversari )for free. I would like to say tht if you can give a picture msg or write msg just simple like happy birthday, happy anniversary, happy valentines day n alll instead of plan simple card from your side. You take $3-4 for that simple card, msg on it which customers tell you to do. Still its good tht you do. Thank you for that.

I would always recommend Ferns and Petals for gifts. I use them for India as well as to send gifts abroad. Good quality, prompt delivery and time, and fresh flowers too.
