I have given four stars and those are for the quality of products and a variety of unique gifts provided bu fnp. However the reason I missed that one star is because i feel that the delivery should be made on the day specifically asked for by the sender. If i am sending it for someone's birthday then it wouldn't be special enough if my gift reaches two days earlier or after the event. Fnp should work on it to improve.

The service is very fast and helpful. Customer care has patience and resolves each issue in detail by lending a helping hand.
