I have been using Ferns N Petals to deliver gifts in India & DXB and it has been the easiest and most user friendly service to use. I have never had to follow up or reach out to customer service about any of my orders as I was always kept in the loop about their preparation and delivery and payments have gone through smoothly which isn't the case with most international cards on other sites. The sweets & Cakes have always been fresh and tasty and the flowers are mostly fresh but as stated in the site- please don't order based on the picture coz sizes vary and might not look as fresh or big as in the picture .
